Your Experience
By reading ‘Teen talk Parent Talk’ I got many great ideas on how approach my kids when they reach their Teens. I love the all around approach of ‘Teen talk Parent Talk’, talking about our own behavior, food, self-esteem, social networks, health and school issues just to mention a few. A magazine kind of book you’re not going to put down until finished. It is the kind of book I will always pick up again, when I deal with daily challenges of my teens, when they will be.
I specially love the ‘Building Self-Esteem’ Section. It talk about proper encouragement and praise and their importance! But my favourite is the positive affirmation section! Right up my valley! It gives us examples to how to use positive affirmations and you can download Free Positive Affirmation cards!
Sharon Witt also goes into the details of the 5 love languages taught by Gary Chapman, knowing your Childs love language is so very important!
Teen Talk Parent Talk really is book you are going to pick up again and again….
